Shawn was awesome, friendly, and just so helpful. He was on time, walked me through the entire process of what he was checking to diagnose our dripping vents, and went above and beyond in making sure he had the correct issue nailed down. We'll definitely be using Arthur's for all our heating/cooling needs from here on out. Update: Dustin came out for our yearly furnace service and was great too. I don't see us switching away from the annual service anytime soon. It's a great deal, great service, and just one less thing to worry about. Thanks for taking care of us. 🙏
